THE JEWISH UNCAMP ANNOUNCES NEW LOCATION
Girls Summer Camp Brings Judaism to the Colorado Mountains
[RED FEATHER LAKES, CO, April 20, 2018—] The Jewish UnCamp, a premier summer camp for independent-thinking Jewish high school girls, announced that it will be running out of a new location at the Magic Sky Ranch in Red Feather Lakes, Colorado. The stunning campgrounds, surrounded by the Roosevelt National Forest, will be a powerful and exciting step up.
“We are really happy about this new location,” said director of the Jewish UnCamp Hinda Leah Sharfstein. “Colorado is so magical and these new grounds were just the opportunity that we were looking for to bring UnCamp to a whole new level.”
The site’s 724 acres of vast terrain are framed by stunning rock projections, the beautiful Laramie Mountains to the west, and crystal lakes and rivers to the east. Its strategic location gives access to thrilling activities like hiking, kayaking, zip lining, swimming, rock climbing and more. The secluded site is the perfect summer playground for learning, exploring, connecting and adventuring. It’s the ultimate backdrop for what the Jewish UnCamp does best — creating unimaginably great experiences for thinking teen girls from all over the world.
The Jewish UnCamp is a one-of-a-kind, judgment-free summer experience for independent-minded Jewish high school girls, ages 16-19. It’s an eye-opening, straight-talk kind of camp with out-of-the-box unfiltered Jewish learning, creative arts and outdoor adventure.
For teen girls who want to make their summer really count, they can sign up now at www.jewishuncamp.org/summer. Full and partial scholarships are available.
