Charter Bus to Campsite
The cost of the round-trip charter bus from the airport to the campsite is $80 and must be prepaid. To pay for transportation, go here.

On the Day of Travel

Please wear a yellow or mostly yellow shirt on the day of travel so we can spot you easily. If you don’t have one, be creative. We'll email the names and contact numbers of the counselors meeting you at the airport.

If your flight is delayed, call or text with your name and as much current information as you can give us, including new arrival time and any other changes.

When you land, follow the signs to Baggage Claim. Find the carousel for your flight and wait there until you hear from the counselors. We will pick you up from there.
